How to connect

    Open Connectors in Klayson Sign in to Klayson and open Connectors.

  2. 02

    Choose Add to Slack Slack shows what Klayson will be able to do: read mentions and direct messages, and post replies.

    Approve You are sent back to Klayson with the workspace named on the Slack card. The person approving needs permission to install apps in that workspace.

    Invite Klayson and ask In Slack, invite Klayson to a channel or message it directly, and ask.

No. Slack sends Klayson only the messages that mention it and the direct messages sent to it.

No. Every message from Klayson in Slack is a reply to someone who asked. Each thread is one conversation, so follow ups in the thread keep their context.

Any. The app is installed from Klayson's own link, not the Slack marketplace, so it works on free workspaces too.

The connector is free to add. Free has limited usage and needs no card. Pro is $29 a month with 12x usage and Max is $99 a month with 60x usage. Usage resets on the 1st.

Klayson has to be in the channel. Invite it with /invite @Klayson, or message it directly.

Open Connectors in Klayson, choose Disconnect, then Add to Slack again. Conversations already held stay in Klayson.
