# Quickstart

The shortest path from a new agent session to the first ads: connect, sign in, verify, set up the brand, then ask.

## If you are a person

1. **Paste this into your agent** Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Gemini CLI. It gives you the steps.

   `setup https://klayson.com/setup`
2. **Sign in** Your agent's first Klayson call opens the sign-in in your browser. A new email makes a free account. Use your work email or Google.
3. **Confirm your brand** Your agent reads your website, then shows you the product and the style. Say yes, or tell it what to change.
4. **Ask for your first ads** Say what you want to make.

## If you are an agent

1. **Connect** Follow the section for your host in Installation (https://klayson.com/docs/installation).
2. **Sign in** The first Klayson tool call opens Klayson's sign-in in the person's browser. A new email makes a new account on the Free plan: limited usage each month, no card. Work email or Google; a free mailbox (Gmail, Outlook) signs in with Google. They approve the connection on the page that follows.

   Never ask for a password, a key or a token in the chat.
3. **Verify** Call `get_me`. It is read-only. A result with a `user` and an `org` proves the sign-in worked. Do not make anything, run anything that uses the plan's usage, or change the brand to test the connection.
4. **Set up the brand** If `get_me` says any part of `setup` is false, follow Set up the brand (https://klayson.com/docs/set-up-the-brand) before the first ad.
5. **First things to ask** Once Klayson is connected and the brand is set up, make nothing yet. Ask the person what they want to make:
1. Tell me what ads you want to make (a goal, a season, a product, an idea).
